Built on the floor. Built for the floor.
Callahan Automotive is a dealership company started by a dealership guy. We build the systems, the training, and the culture that make a store better for the people who work in it and the customers who walk through the door. The software is how we do it. It was never the point.
The car business runs on the floor. Almost nothing built for it was.
Every tool a dealership buys was designed in an office by someone who never had to hit a number on the last Saturday of the month. Callahan Automotive started the other way around. Every system we install began as something a sales manager needed at 8 a.m. — a lead list that was actually sorted, a recon board that told the truth, a desk calculator that held up with a customer sitting across from it — and got built that night because nobody else was going to.
That's the company. Not a tech vendor that found cars. Car people who learned to build.
Salespeople aren't the problem. They're the asset.
Most stores don't have a people problem, they have a process problem. Give a good salesperson a clean list, a fast first response, and a manager who can see the board, and they'll outsell any vendor's promise.
Speed is respect.
A customer who waits four hours for a reply has been told exactly what the store thinks of them. Answering in minutes isn't a feature. It's how you treat people.
Technology is a tool, not a personality.
The AI, the dashboards, the automations — they exist to give people their time back and make the store run honest. If a tool doesn't do that, we don't build it.
The store is the product.
We measure ourselves the way a dealer principal does: gross, turn, response time, and whether the team wants to come to work. Not logins. Not seats.
Most stores aren't short on leads. They're short on follow-up.
The average franchise store buys thousands of dollars in leads a month, then loses them to a slow first response and a call list nobody trusts. That's not a people problem — it's a process problem, and process problems can be fixed.
Slow first response
The first store to respond wins a disproportionate share of the deal. Most responses go out hours late, or after the customer has already been sold.
Untriaged lead flow
Third-party junk, duplicates, and dead inquiries sit in the same queue as a ready buyer. Your best salespeople burn their morning sorting.
No accountability trail
Managers can't see who worked what, when. Coaching turns into guessing, and the same misses repeat month after month.
Tools that don't talk
CRM, DMS, inventory, texting, reviews — five logins, zero shared picture, and a lot of manual re-keying.
Dealer-built systems, installed into the way your store already runs.
No rip-and-replace. We work inside your existing CRM and DMS, automate what should be automated, and hand your managers a picture they can actually manage from.
Lead Scoring & Prioritization
Every inbound lead ranked by real buying signal, so the team calls the top of the list first instead of working it front to back.
AI Response & Text-Back
Instant, on-brand first contact by text and email — day, night, and Sunday — handing off to a live person the moment the customer engages.
CRM & DMS Integration
Clean data flow between your CRM, DMS, and inventory tools so nobody is re-keying a customer three times to write one deal.
Speed-to-Lead Process
Response-time standards, routing rules, and escalation built into the system — not taped to the tower wall and forgotten.
Management Dashboards
Live scoreboards for response time, activity, appointment set and show, and per-salesperson performance. One screen, no spreadsheet night.
Reputation & Review Response
Every review answered quickly in your store's voice, with the escalation path built in for the ones that need a manager.
Inventory & Recon Tracking
Front-line-ready faster. Track every unit through recon with real timestamps and accountability at each stage.
Training & Implementation
On-site rollout with your managers and salespeople, plus the word tracks and follow-up cadence that make the tools stick.
Three tiers. Pick the one that matches your store.
Every engagement is a monthly subscription — no long-term contract, cancel with 30 days' notice. Because every rooftop's lead volume, CRM, and staffing model is different, we scope and quote each store individually.

A consulting firm today. A dealership company tomorrow.
Callahan Automotive is building in four directions at once, and every one of them points the same way: toward stores that run right and people who are proud to work in them.
Systems
The tools, installed in more stores and tuned by real floor data — lead scoring, recon, desking, allocation, dashboards. Every rooftop makes the next one sharper.
Training
A floor-to-desk program that turns green hires into producers and producers into managers. Word tracks, cadence, and accountability that survive a Saturday.
Turnarounds
Underperforming stores brought back to health — process, people, and inventory — as an operating partner with skin in the game, not a vendor with an invoice.
The Brand
Built for the Floor is the merch, the giveaway, and the community of people who actually do this job. The floor has a uniform now.
The goal was never to sell software to dealerships. It's to become the dealership company the rest of the business measures itself against.
Built on the desk, not in a lab.
Callahan Automotive LLC is led by Brian Callahan, who ran the new-car desk at a 60-year family-owned franchise store in Wilmington, Delaware, before ever writing a line of code for one.
Every tool we install started as something built to solve a problem on a live sales floor — a lead list that had to get sorted before the 8 a.m. save, a recon board that had to tell the truth, a desking process that had to hold up on a Saturday. That's the difference between software sold to dealers and software built by one.
We work with franchise stores that want to move faster without adding headcount, with groups that want the same standard enforced at every rooftop, and with owners who know their store should be doing better and are ready to hear why.
